Less plush and porous than the Donut Pump Sleeve, the Silicone Pump Sleeve Attachment provides a comfortable pumping experience in a pure silicone form. As this sleeve is made of silicone, it can be used with both oil and water-based lubricants.

Silicone Pump Sleeve Attachment adds a little bulk to the opening of penis cylinders and made reduce the interior diameter of the cylinder.

While the manufacturer states this pump sleeve will accommodate cylinders with an external diameter up to 3", it does seem to work best with cylinders with an external diameter below 2.5"

Great for pumping post-metoidioplasty!

My surgeon advised me to pump after metoidioplasty and I found it pretty hard with the New York toy collective trans masc pump. The width of the flared base was too wide to get a good seal on the skin around the base of my dick and their smallest cylinder’s base and opening are not much smaller than the standard/medium size. Then I stumbled upon this sleeve that’s not specifically designed for (or marketed to) trans folks and was super pleasantly surprised! The flexibility of silicone makes it way easier to get a good seal against my skin, and the smaller opening allows for stronger suction. A bonus (if you have a smaller dick) is it’s pretty cool to see and feel your penis tip push through the inner opening of the sleeve! Two thumbs up! I’ve never seen this mentioned in the many FTM forums I’ve been on, which made finding this sleeve even more exciting. 4 stars instead of 5 because it is a bit fiddly to use sometimes and can take a minute during sex to attach onto the pump cylinder.
